Policies

Shipping    All US orders ship for a flat rate of $6 via USPS Priority Mail, within 10 business days. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. International orders ship for a flat rate of $14 via USPS First Class International mail. Tracking is not available for international orders, and you are responsible for any import or customs fees.

Returns    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. The cost of the item will be refunded to you, the original shipping cost will not. Any item you receive damaged during shipment will be replaced at no charge to you. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Repairs    Any necessary repairs (those required by normal wear) will be made to your jewelry within one year of purchase, at no cost to you. Repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.

Sterling silver oxidizes over time, resulting in tarnish. While pieces are designed to wear such changes, some prefer to maintain a shiny finish. Using the appropriate commercial polish preparations for the metal type will maintain a shiny finish. Keeping these materials dry and clean will go a long way in preserving their finishes, as will not handling them with substances on your skin.

Leather, suede and silk  should not get wet.
